LCSW/MSW for Director of the Counseling & Development Center, Inc. -
The Director will oversee the functioning of all program areas that include mental health and AODA therapy, community support program, crisis on-call program and services for the developmentally disabled. The Director supervises all management staff in accordance with agency policies and procedures and must ensure compliance with the State’s administrative codes. A portion of the Director’s time will be split between administrative duties and providing direct services. That balance will be determined by the needs of the agency and the Director has complete oversight of his/her own work schedule. Qualified candidates will have a Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology and 3,000 supervised clinical hours. Ho-Chunk Nation Black River Falls, WI - Mental Health Clinician
Master’s degree in clinical Social Work, A.C.S.W. or Psychology preferred with three years experience working in
Mental Health field. Completion of 3,000 hours Post Master’s supervised clinical hours and license to practice in the State of WI necessary. Knowledge of theory, principles and practices of counseling psychology and the application of such principles to the diagnosis of treatment of clients. Must be well versed in family and group dynamics. Knowledge of types, uses, administrations and interpretations of standardized testing. Skill in behavioral observation. Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships with staff members and the community. Ability to establish rapport with clients, secure their cooperation in difficult situations and maintain their confidence. Ability to consult and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Must have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance and dependable transportation.
