NASW WI Student Ambassador Program

The NASW-WI Chapter is proud to announce the launching of a new Student Ambassador Program at many of the accredited schools of Social Work across the state!

Inspired by our friends in Massachusetts, we’ve developed a program that we hope will create a stronger and more personal relationship between the chapter and Social Work students. Once selected, ambassadors will be responsible for spreading the word that NASW is more than just an organization to read about in a textbook, but seeks to offer as much assistance to future, present, and former Social Workers as possible, while also advocating for the profession on important issues. This will be an open dialogue in which student ambassadors will be our voice on campus about member benefits, programs and current advocacy efforts, while simultaneously making us aware of all the great things Social Work students are doing through their student organizations and individually in the community.
